After returning to the estate, I decided to create the music that would transport you, the listener, to an enchanting oasis that we stumbled upon in the middle of the desert of Chambia. Found next to a crumbling fortress, the Oasis of the Waters as it was called, served as a haven of rest for the colorful caravans that make their way through the pass of Tavren and on to the bustling cities near the sea.

A delightful afternoon was spent there with Zyndal and Basio as we talked with the camel drivers, traders in goods and pilgrims making their way to Commpold. Basking in the warm sun, we sipped the fruit drink, carong, made from the juice of the berries that grew nearby, as our feet rested in the cool water.
